LIEBG fulfills all requirements for the initial set-up of the plan and its on-going administration. This includes preparing the documentation, providing enrollment meetings, performing all compliance testing, completing the annual Form 5500. The local support line for participants and all recordkeeping responsibilities are performed by a staff of pension administrators. In addition, LIEBG can provide a turn-key pension plan with our state-of-the-art computer capability when the sponsor chooses an investment vehicle that is linked electronically with LIEBG so that contribution data is received on a daily basis.
LIEBG offers custom designed plans which enable the key employees to maximize their pre-tax contribution as allowed by the IRS. We will provide several scenarios from which to choose so that the owner is comfortable with the designed plan.
LIEBG's full-service pension plan administration also includes profit sharing, money purchase, and SERPS.
Presently, we are the third part administrator for small plans with 5 participants as well as plans that include 500+ participants, and have established electronic links with major financial institutions which have turn-key 401(k) and participant self-directed account programs.
