Pension/401(k) Analyst

We are seeking a Pension Analyst that is eager to come and grow along with our expanding practice. This position will be involved in all aspects related to the communication, conversion and administration of retirement plans including:

· Analyzing and reconciling plan assets
· Coordinating takeovers of existing plans
· Form 5500 preparation
· Compliance testing
· Interface with 401(k) recordkeepers
· Plan design and consulting
· Coordinate RFP responses
· Communicating with prospects and clients
· Assist with development of prospecting communications

Successful candidates will be experienced, highly organized, have good communication and customer relation skills, possess a working knowledge of the IRC and ERISA, able to multi-task with little day-to-day supervision, detail oriented and highly motivated and anxious to contribute to the growth of the firm. ASPPA exams and proficiency with MS Word & Excel, Quantech valuation software and Nationwide Financial a plus.
