Recent Developments: Merger Announcement
LIEBG is pleased to announce the upcoming merger of its practices with the retirement plan businesses of Harvey Brown, Esq. Effective July 1, 2011, HSB Pension Consulting, Inc. will merge into LIEBG and the Law Offices of Harvey S. Brown will merge into Vaccaro & Prisco LLP. The merger will also expand LIEBG's employee benefits practice.
Mr. Brown graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 1974, and he has a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University. Along with this background, he brings over 30 years of experience spanning all facets of both qualified and non-qualified retirement plans.
The combined resources of our firms will further strengthen our ability to provide high quality consulting and administrative services. We eagerly look forward to this new venture for continued success and for the benefits that it will provide to our clients.
